The name of the Society shall be National Federation of Urban Cooperative Banks and Credit Societies Ltd.,
(NAFCUB)
Area of Operation :
The area of operation of the Federation shall extend to the whole of the Republic of India.
Registered Office :
The registered office of the Federation shall be at B-14, III Floor, 'B' Wing, 'A' Block Shopping Complex, Naraina Vihar, Mahatama Gandhi Road (Ring Road), New Delhi-110 028. Any change of address shall be notified within 15 days of such change to the Central Registrar. |
