5.C Members shall be liable to pay annual subscription as per the following schedule:
1. All Credit Societies with working capital of up to and inclusive Rs.1500/- p.a. of Rs.2 crores
2. All Credit Societies with working capital of above Rs.2 crores Rs.3000/- p.a. and up to and inclusive of Rs.10 crores
3. All Credit Societies with working capital of above Rs.10 crores Rs.6000/-p.a. and up to and inclusive of Rs.25 crores
4. All Credit Societies with working capital of above Rs.25 crores Rs.8000/-p.a. and up to and inclusive of Rs.50 crores
5. All Credit Societies with working capital of above Rs.50 crores Rs.10000/- p.a.

ii) Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of Rs.50 Lakhs and above but below Rs. 1 Crore Rs.2500/-p.a.
iii) Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of Rs. 1 Crore and above but below Rs.5 Crores Rs.3500/-p.a.
iv) Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of Rs.5 Crores and above but below Rs. 10 Crores  Rs.5000/-p.a.
v) Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of Rs.10 Crores and above but below Rs. 25 Crores Rs.6500/-p.a.
vi)  Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of Rs.25 Crores and above but below Rs. 50 Crores Rs.8500/-p.a.
vii) Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of Rs.50 Crores and above but below Rs. 75 Crores Rs.10000/-p.a.
viii) Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of Rs.75 Crores and above but below Rs. 100 Crores Rs.13500/-p.a.
ix) Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of Rs.100 Crores and above but below Rs. 150 Crores Rs.20000/-p.a.
x) Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of Rs.150 Crores and above but below Rs. 200 Crores  Rs.25000/-p.a.
xi) Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of Rs.200 Crores and above but below Rs. 250 Crores Rs.35000/-p.a.
xii) Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of Rs. 250 Crores and above but below Rs.500/- Crores Rs.45000/-p.a.
xiii) Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of Rs.500 Crores and above but below Rs.1000/- Crores Rs.75000/-p.a.
xiv) Urban Cooperative Banks with working capital of and above Rs.1000 Crores Rs.95000/-p.a.
